€ 680 plus VAT
For early registration until April 1st 2012 € 580 plus VAT
The fee includes conference proceedings, refreshments. lunch and dinner.
The fee (free from all deductions) is payable on receipt of our invoice.
Participants from foreign countries do not py VAT if the company's VAT-ID number has been indicated.
The fee does not include the accomodation costs.

Conditions of Participation
|
Registration
Please submit your registration in writing to TÜV Rheinland, as soon as possible. The final date for receipt of registration is three weeks prior to the start of the conference. Your registration is binding as soon as it has been confirmed in writing.
Fee
The fee (without deductions) is due on receipt of our invoice.
The fee does not include the accommodation costs.
Arrangements
The organizer reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or postpone the conference or make changes to the programme.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing.
Please understand that due to the limited number of participants, we are obliged to retain 50 % of the fee as a cancellations which arrive later than 14 days before the start of the conference. The entire fee must be paid in case of cancellations which arrive later than 7 days before the start of the conference and participants who leave during the conference.
Liability
If an event must be cancelled due to reasons for which TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH, ASI, is answerable, only fees which have already been paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
For damages for which is TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH, ASI, is answerable, the company shall only be liable in so far as – it is found guilty of intent and/ or gross negligence.
